REQUIREMENTS

Acceptance to the Outreach Concern Intern Program requires an in-depth interview, extensive reference check and fingerprinting to ensure we are selecting the most appropriate candidates. Prospective intern-counselors must:

  1. Be at least Master's, post-graduate, or Doctoral student in Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or a related field

  2. Be available two days per week for the entire school year during school hours (approximately 8:00 am-3:00 pm, M-F)

  3. Be available to attend a minimum of two hours per week clinical supervision for the entire school year

  4. Attend a two-day mandatory orientation and training program to be held in early September.
